Plugin Purchases

This Policy was last modified on 11th May 2017.

Premium WordPress plugins can be purchased on Pro Plugin Marketplace, a WP Design Suite Website. Through this platform, we make plugins, that are developed and sold by third parties, available for purchase by website visitors and members. There are several “Plugin Shops” on this platform that sell premium WordPress plugins to the public.

When you make a Plugin Purchase on Pro Plugin Marketplace, all transactions (purchases, support, refunds, etc.) are securely handled through our website. And, you have direct access to the developer of the plugin for any questions or concerns you may have either pre- or post-sale.

We accept the following forms of payment for plugin purchases made on our website:

American Express

Customers are expected to research the plugins on Pro Plugin Marketplace thoroughly BEFORE purchasing to ensure that each plugin fits their individual needs. We provide extensive information on each plugin through Product Descriptions, Documentation, Screenshots, Demos, etc. to ensure the customer is making a sound purchase, as our Refund Policy will only allow us to issue a refund on purchases where there is an actual problem with the plugin that cannot be fixed.

When you make a purchase on Pro Plugin Marketplace, you automatically become a member of the website, and give your permission to receive email communications, messages, and notifications from us regarding your account. You also get a “My Account” page from which to manage your account transactions. This is where you will find your purchase history, orders, license keys, downloads, and account info.

All plugins on Pro Plugin Marketplace are licensed through our exclusive licensing system, and each plugin has its own license that is valid only for that particular plugin. Each license purchased covers support and updates for a full year (according to the license type that is selected by the customer). This license becomes valid on the date of purchase and activation of the plugin license key. A valid and active license key is required in order to get updates and support for all plugins purchased on Pro Plugin Marketplace.

New license keys are required YEARLY, in order to continue to receive updates and support on any plugin that was purchased on Pro Plugin Marketplace. License renewals can be purchased by customers who have previously purchased the license to a particular plugin at a 20% discount from the purchase price of the new license.

Customers that purchase a plugin for the first time, must pay full price for each particular plugin that they purchase, and are not entitled to any renewal discounts.

Single Site License
Single Site licenses are for personal or commercial use, and can only be used on one (1) website (with one domain name). A valid and active license key is required in order to be able to activate the plugin and use it, and also in order to get updates and support for one (1) year.

Note: A Single Site License can be used in situations where all SubSites of a MultiSite Network are part of one site (for example, product site, support site, etc.). However, if all sites on the Network are distinct and separate from each other, we ask that you purchase a license key for each — a Multiple Site License, or an Unlimited License will work in this instance.

Multiple Site License
A Multiple Site license can be used on up to five (5) personal or commercial websites (with 5 domain names). A valid and active license key is required in order to be able to activate the plugin and get updates and support for one (1) year, for up to five websites.

Unlimited Site License
The Unlimited Site License will allow the customer to activate the plugin on unlimited websites (with unlimited domain names) for both personal and commercial use. It provides updates and support for one (1) year, for unlimited websites. This license is perfect for developers and/or web agencies that are using the product for their clients’ websites, and need the freedom of installing the plugin on multiple hosting configurations.

Unlimited Everything License
The Unlimited Everything License enables the customer to activate the plugin on unlimited websites (with unlimited domain names) for both personal and commercial use. It also provides unlimited updates and support for the lifetime of the product, on unlimited websites. This license is ideal for customers or developers who plan to pay only once to use the plugin on as many sites as they wish, and receive updates and support forever.

Note: None of the plugins purchased or downloaded from Pro Plugin Marketplace come with a ”reseller” license. This means that we do not allow you to sell the products as your own, but you are allowed as a developer or an agency, to charge a client for the products’ use and configuration.

Also, support for the product will always be given to the customer who purchased the product directly and not to the final client.

Updates are included with the purchase of each licensed plugin for up to one (1) year. If you have a valid and active license key, and your plugin(s) supports it, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard. If your plugin(s) does not support automatic upgrades, then updates can be downloaded from your account page.
