Refund Policy

This Policy was last modified on 11th May 2017.

We want you to be completely happy with any purchases you make on any of the following WP Design Suite websites: (propluginmarketplace.com, prothememarketplace.com, thepluginlab.com, thethemelab.net, wpscholar.net, wptuneup.net, theperfectplugin.com, theperfecttheme.com)

In the event that you need to request a refund for any of your purchases, simply use our contact form (on the website that you made your purchase) to let us know within 30 days of your purchase. We will promptly refund 100% of what you paid, according to the refund policy below:

Plugins

If you’re having a problem getting one of our plugins to work on your site, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. After 30 days, no refunds will be given. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to help solve the problem you are having, by going through our Support Resolution Process.

A refund can be requested only under the following conditions:
The plugin is not working on your website because of a problem with the plugin itself.
You contacted the Support Team to try and solve the problem.
The problem is caused by our plugin and not a problem with other plugin or theme conflicts, or services on the website such as hosting packages etc.
The Support Team could not solve the problem and have approved the refund request.
The plugin was not altered in any way and was not used against the license policy.

A refund request will not be approved under the following terms:
You are having a problem that is not related to the plugin
You refuse to give required information or cooperate with us in order for the Support Team to solve the problem.
You need a feature that is not specified in the plugin’s description (please read the plugin description thoroughly BEFORE making your purchase)
CSS designs are not supported and cannot be used as a reason for a refund
Plugins that are add-ons to another plugin cannot be refunded if you have stopped using the primary plugin.
You purchased a plugin and ask for a refund due to lack of use.

Themes

We will be happy to provide a full refund for your Theme purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date, if it does not work on your website. No refunds will be granted after 30 days. And, a refund will only be granted after you have given us a chance to fix the problem you are having, by going through our Support Resolution Process.

A refund can be requested only under the following conditions:
There is a problem with the theme itself that cannot be fixed by our Support Team.
You contacted the Support Team to try and solve the problem.
The problem is caused by our theme and not a problem with other plugin or theme conflicts, or services on the website such as hosting packages etc.
The Support Team could not solve the problem and have approved the refund request.
The theme was not altered in any way and was not used against the license policy.

A refund request will not be approved under the following terms:
You are having a problem that is not related to the theme you purchased from us.
You refuse to give required information or cooperate with us in order for the Support Team to solve the problem.
You need a feature that is not specified in the theme’s description (please read the theme description thoroughly BEFORE making your purchase)
CSS designs are not supported and cannot be used as a reason for a refund
Themes that support specific plugins cannot be refunded because you have stopped using the plugin.
You purchased a theme and ask for a refund due to lack of use or change of heart.

Courses

We will provide a refund of fees paid for any Course you are enrolled in, that has not yet started. The refund request must be made at least 24 hours BEFORE the Course is scheduled to begin. A refund will not be granted within 24 hours of the Course start date and time.

Services

Services are NOT eligible for refunds in any case, even if you are approved for a refund on the product itself according to the refund policy, as the service is done by a real person, and the price that you have paid is the developer or freelancer’s working fee. As long as the service was performed, no refund will be given. The only exception to this would be if the service provider did not perform the service as specified or agreed upon.

Other Items

Products such as eBooks, guides, webinars, events, and premium tutorials are non-refundable.

 

All refunds are limited to the above terms and can only be requested within 30 days from the original purchase date. All licenses for products purchased on any of our WP Design Suite websites only cover the purchaser; and therefore, refunds will only be given to the product’s original buyer, according to the terms of this refund policy.

NOTE: Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you may have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing BEFORE completing the sales transaction. If you are unsure, it is your responsibility to ask pre-sale questions before purchasing. This will help you determine if the plugin is suitable for your project and is compatible with your system.
